Our Story
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
All Things Fatherhood began as a simple idea while our founder, Clay Roberts Jr., was writing his book Super Dad: My Journey into Fatherhood, the Child Support System, and the Lessons Learned. What started as a personal project to share his experiences as a father quickly evolved into something much bigger.

Initially, Clay envisioned creating a media platform where fathers could share their personal stories, offering authentic perspectives on the highs and challenges of fatherhood. This idea led to the birth of All Things Fatherhood, a media company dedicated to interviewing dads and amplifying their voices.
Driven by a desire to dig deeper into the complexities of fatherhood, Clay took the next step and began filming the documentary Generational Fatherhood: A Candid Conversation. The project featured heartfelt discussions with fathers from different backgrounds, exploring their experiences and lessons learned over time. During filming, an unexpected suggestion came from the men in the documentary — they urged Clay to keep these discussions going.

It was in that moment that the true vision for All Things Fatherhood was born.
Having just come through a difficult two-year custody battle that profoundly shaped his perspective on parenting and life, Clay realized the power and need for a supportive community for fathers. What began as a creative media venture evolved into a full-fledged nonprofit organization dedicated to providing spaces where fathers can connect, grow, and support one another.

Today, All Things Fatherhood hosts peer-led meetings, educational workshops, and signature events like the Super Dad Awards, Spring Dad & Kids Mixer, and the annual Father's Day BBQ. We remain committed to celebrating, supporting, and elevating fathers, proving that even through life’s toughest challenges, something meaningful and impactful can be born.
